One of the biggest mistakes people make when they are trying to get more keywords for their AdWords campaigns is the fact that they only use the keyword research tools that are available online. In this article I want to show you other places you can go online to do your keyword research so you can find search terms that will make you a lot of money.

Step #1 - Type in the main search term for your niche and analyze the top sites.

What you want to do is look at the top sites that are optimized for the search engines. That way you can see what they are using in their keyword tags.

You will find that they are trying to rank for the search term that you typed in, but they are also going to have their site optimized for a lot of other keywords as well.

You can take the data that they have and use those keywords in your advertising as well. If a top ranked site is telling you that they are using certain search terms to make money, you want to make sure you are using the same ones in your AdWords campaign.

Step #2 - Look at your log files.

You have to realize that you probably have some sort of log files on your site that will tell you which keywords people are using to find your site.

What you need to do is make sure your site is optimized for those search terms so you can get higher rankings in the search engines from the terms that are already working.

Not only that, you can take those terms and bid on them in your AdWords campaign and get more visitors to your site using that strategy as well.
